All complaints must be submitted by the same day following the receipt of the order through the sales representative or the customer service. The analysis presupposes sending of a photographic evidence and the description of the complaint through email.

Acceptance or non-acceptance may take up to 6 business days. In the case of being accepted, the repair, this will be done within the stipulated production period for each product. If this is not possible, the credit will be made up to the next third business day. The decision of repair or refund is always for the consideration of ONELAB PRO.
