Shipping Conditions

We think about the security of your order from the moment we are packing it until the moment it comes to your hand. Therefore, our shipments are always made by carriers.
We choose the best logistics partners and they guarantee the integrity of your order in the route between our facilities and the address of reception. Please check the shipping costs in the chart below.
  • The Laboratórios Fotográficos do Marco LDA can not be held responsible for delays in delivery.
  • Traffic periods are indicative only, as they are subject to change as long as there are adverse situations, such as traffic accidents and bad weather. It can not in any case be the reason for compensation or possible refund.
All incidences regarding shipments, due to the receiver's fault, are subject to additional debts, in case of:
  • Absent (with delivery in the next working days)
  • Date / address change
  • Unprocessed payment (for shipping with against reimbursement payments)
  • Reciever's refusal

IN CASE OF DAMAGE:

It is the responsibility of the recipient to ensure that the merchandise is in good condition.
It is essential that they comply with the reception rules:
  • Inspect the volume before the reception signature.
  • In case of anomaly, make a description of it in the reception guide or simply refuse the merchandise.
  • Send a complaint to the Laboratórios Fotográficos do Marco LDA, within 24 hours with all the order information and photographic proof of the damage.
After assessment and confirmation of the damage, Laboratórios Fotográficos do Marco LDA will found all the necessary means t repair.
In the absence of one of the aforementioned elements, the Laboratórios Fotográficos do Marco LDA can not be held responsible for any compensation or possible reimbursement.

Production times run from the day after payment (or confirmation of the Bank Transfer). The delivery time is not not included in the production deadlines.
