Once submitted, your record will be analysed, as well as the attached documents, in order to prove the activity in the area of photography. Upon confirmation, a member of our sales team will contact you. If the registration is approved, we will send an email with the registration approval and respective access data to the online platform. If your registration is denied, you will receive an email with this information.

Once the order is placed, you have 30 minutes to cancel it. After this period, you should contact the customer support and, if the production of the order has already begun, can not be cancelled, otherwise the value of the purchase will not be refunded.
